​Amanda made the very first batch of marshmallows in her kitchen back in 2008 for her three young children for Bonfire Night. Ever since, her passion for creating and baking and making marshmallows has grown into a business that produces a range of flavours, shapes and sizes, sandwiched between biscuits and dunked in chocolate, suitable for everyone.
